What this site does

PowerPanda uses YouTube API Services to display the current public “most popular” video chart for selected YouTube categories in the United States. It does not ask visitors to sign in with YouTube or collect YouTube account credentials.

What we store

The server stores one current chart snapshot containing public video metadata, thumbnails, public view counts, and links to the corresponding YouTube watch pages. Each successful refresh replaces the previous snapshot; PowerPanda does not keep a historical chart or create scores, profiles, or resale datasets from this information.

Like most websites, the VPS and reverse proxy may temporarily process basic request data such as IP address, request time, browser user agent, and security events to operate and protect the service. These operational logs must not be used to identify, profile, or market to visitors.

Cookies, ads, and analytics

PowerPanda loads Google AdSense and, when configured, Google Analytics as part of the service. Those providers may use cookies or similar technologies according to their own policies. You can manage or clear cookies in your browser; doing so does not remove any data held by Google under its own policies.

YouTube API Services

PowerPanda’s use of YouTube API Services is governed by the YouTube Terms of Service. Video titles, thumbnails, channel names, and public statistics originate from YouTube; every watch action takes you to YouTube.
